Access DCount Function
The DCount function in Microsoft Access lets you calculate how many records in a particular recordset (table or query) fall into a specific criteria. For instance, you can count the number of recods that have a checkbox checked, or the number of records that fall into a particular numerical range. The DCount function is a fast, easy tool to put on a form to grab excellent quick statistics from your data. View this tutorial video to watch how it's done!
